If for any reason, you need to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to help! All returns and exchanges must be approved via e-mail before the transaction can be reversed. Product returns must be processed within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange, store credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling costs).
Buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling charges related to returned items. All items must be in original/unused condition when returned in order to receive a refund. Refund does not include shipping and handling fees unless the payment was made through PayPal, in which case PayPal can offer a refund guarantee.
Special orders are not returnable.
MOB Leather is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. The buyer may choose to purchase additional insurance for an item's delivery. Please Contact us and we will make a custom invoice for such orders.
